Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)

The Code Manager is committed to operating in a transparent way, listening to feedback and continuing to improve the services we offer.  ​

These pages will provide an overview of Code Manager Performance, an opportunity to provide feedback through forms or to participate in surveys.​

​We will also include roadmaps for system enhancements and other documentation relating to improvements in the services we offer.

Deployment of a chat box linked to the Service Desk to provide users with an instant messaging facility and reduce the need to raise a ticket.

Under RPA individual sites, a new tab will be added which hosts a log containing any Remediation tasks that belongs to that organisation.

Under RPA individual sites, a new tab will be added which hosts a log containing any links to Training, Guidance, Surveys or Forms applicable to that organisation.

File Versioning and 'Your Files' tab
Introducing file versioning to the 'Upload Files' functionality, allowing users to replace previously uploaded files with another version. Also the 'Your Files' table will be updated showing more file information.

Updated Privacy Notice
Portal Privacy Notice updated on the Portal. All Portal Users will be prompted to confirm they have read the updated Notice upon next log-in.

File Validation
Most Performance Assurance Report files have a valid 'file extension' defined in the Performance Assurance Report Catalogue. This change enforces these rules - e.g. a .txt file cannot be uploaded for a report which should only be a .csv file

This form is here for Portal Users to submit feedback regarding the portal functionality. This can be to highlight ineffective UX (user experience) or suggestions for enhancements. Any defects should be directed to us by raising a ticket via the Service Desk.
