Who is my energy supplier?

Follow the below steps to find out who your electricity and gas energy suppliers are. Usually, they will be the same, however not always, so it is worth following the steps for both electricity and gas if you have both in your property

Electricity

To find your electricity energy supplier go to the Energy Network Association search tool.

Enter in your postcode to find your Network Operator and use the contact details provided to contact them.

They will tell you who your electricity supplier is and can also give you your electricity Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN). This will help your energy supplier find your information.

Gas

To find your gas energy supplier you can use the Meter Point Administration Service.

You can either call them on 0870 608 1524 or use their online Find My Supplier search tool.

They can tell you who your gas supplier is and may also give you your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). This will help your energy supplier locate your information.
