On 08 February 2024, an Appeal was raised against the REC Technical Expert Panel’s vote to approve R0093 - Uplift to CSS Maximum Demand Volumes during MHHS Migration Period. The Code Manager is now preparing an appeal pack for submission to the Authority. 

As a result, R0093 will not be implemented on 23 February 2024. The February 2024 Release Plan will be updated accordingly and the completion of the update will be confirmed via the REC Change Bulletin.
