The Code Manager has published its REC Theft Target Methodology (TTM) 2024/25 Options Paper and Response Template on the REC Portal.

The paper details options for changes to the TTM, the supporting information and questions on which the Code Manager is seeking input. The purpose of this is to gather feedback from Parties on the options for changes to the TTM and provide a call for evidence to support these changes.

The information gathered through this process will be used to develop an updated TTM for the 2024/25 Theft Scheme Year which, as a Category 3 document, will go through the formal change process including industry consultation in late 2023/early 2024.
