The REC Baseline Statement is a list of each of the distinct documents that form the Retail Energy Code. It provides the following information about each document:

• Document type (e.g. Schedule, Service Specification, Operational Document)
• Document title
• Category (i.e. Category 1, 2 or 3 to identify the correct change path)
• Responsible owner (ordinarily the entity responsible for approving changes)
• Any relevant notes

The REC Baseline Statement is categorised as a Category 3 document. The responsible owner for this document is the Code Manager.
