The Central Switching Service Schedule describes all the obligations for a CSS User including becoming a CSS User, the process for establishing Public and Private Keys, Revocation and Expiry of CSS Certificates, the process for CSS testing and ceasing to be a CSS User. 

It is a mandatory schedule for all Suppliers, Gas Transporters, Distribution Network Operators and DCC.
