The Switching Service Management Schedule describes the functions that are in place to ensure cooperation and coordination between Market Participants and Switching Data Service Providers including Switching Service Desk and Portal, Switching Service Requests and Incidents, Demand and Capacity, Availability and Service Reporting and Performance Measures.  

It is a mandatory schedule for all Suppliers, Gas Transporters, Distribution Network Operators and DCC.
