EES Issue - Unprocessed ERDA Files
The Electricity Enquiry Service (EES) Service Provider has reported an issue whereby the MPAS (ERDAs) files from 29 December 2022 have not been processed into the EES.
Users should be aware that until fixed, data such as MPAN statuses, Meter History and Supplier History on EES may be 24 hours out of date.
CSS messages are being received as normal. The functionality within EES/ECOES for the On-line Portal and API are unaffected.
The root cause of the issue is under investigation. Once a resolution for processing the files has been reached, communications will follow. This may require the ERDAs to re-send those files, the EES Service Provider will work with each ERDA to do this.
