The Gas Enquiry Service (GES) Service Provider has reported a delay with information becoming visible within GES Online and the Supply Point Switching API.

For new MPRNs created between the morning of 12 January 2023 and the evening of 13 January 2023, the MPRNs and associated information will not be displayed in GES until 48 hours after the MPRN was created in UKLink.

The GES Service Provider is continuing to work on the technical resolution for this to reduce any delay and impact of this process. Check back here for further updates
