There was a successful portal release on 24 January 2023. The below details have been deployed in this release.

Summary:

This releases includes one important change restoring permissions for Master Admin Users (MAUs) to create new accounts, link users to their organisation(s), and assign user roles.

Further changes are smaller bug fixes for a range of issues described below.
Description of Changes: 1. MAUs creating accounts. This fix allows MAUs to create new Portal Users to be assigned to their Organisation(s) and link (or de-link) existing Portal Users to (or from) their Organisation(s). This fix also enables MAUs to assign and remove roles for Portal Users in their Organisation(s).
  2. Fix for uploading RFI files with the same name. This fix allows for the same RFI file name to be successfully uploaded on the REC Portal (Performance Assurance area).
  3. ZIP files no longer auto-extract when uploaded by API. This solution only impacts users who utilise API to upload files (e.g. Code Manager, Green Deal, Metering). API ZIP uploads now work like all other ZIP uploads (i.e. the ZIP file is retained).
  4. Portal Left Hand Menu (LHM) no longer compromised on smaller screens. For example, when viewing a Change Proposal within the Change Register on a smaller device, the wording of the tabs no longer overlap other visual elements.
  5. Tweaks to when Success confirmation messages are generated in Party Operations. Users will now only see a Success confirmation message appear once details are entered and saved to 'Add New Message'. Previously Users would receive a confirmation message when the page was generated, before any details had been input.
