Summary:

This release includes the new Wiki page release. The Wiki page release is a complete overhaul of the REC Wiki infrastructure.

Further changes are smaller bug fixes for a range of issues described below.

Description of Changes:

1. Wiki release. The new Wiki offers a fresher look, enhanced navigation, and greater user interaction. You will be able to rate articles and propose improvements in the new suggestion box.

  2. Improvements when updating and changing an organisation’s nameThis fix allows a Portal Admin to update organisation names and make sure that the correct access can be given to the Performance Assurance Dashboard and file upload area.

3. Fixed incomplete display of step title in “REC Voluntary Withdrawal Form”.
Was “Confirmation that withdr”, now “Confirmation that withdrawal conditions are met.”

4. Amending list of recipients for “overdue notification”

Notification of overdue actions (“Activity Log”, “RFI Log”, “Remediation tracker”, “Training, Guidance, Surveys and Forms”) now go to all intended recipients: Used to be RPA user (Code Manager role) only, now goes to REC Party Users with REC Performance Assurance Role

5. RFI/Activity Log events automatically added to the RPA Calendar

Removed some manual steps that were required when creating calendar invites in the RPA calendar

6. Removed unexpected data upload when uploading .zip files for Performance Assurance
When uploading a .zip file for Performance Assurance, and the name of a file in the .zip is already present in “Your files”, an error is shown and the upload rejected. A bug is now fixed where all the other files in the same zip were still uploaded despite the error message. All files are rejected from the upload now if a duplicate filename is found.

7. Correct error message for when Code Managers upload wrong bulk files. If the incorrect file is uploaded for Activities, RFI, Remediation and Training, Survey and Forms logs, then an error notification will appear and the file will not be uploaded.

  8. JSON file upload now giving correct error messageWhen importing JSON schemas, a JSON file will be rejected if it fails validation, and now receive an error notification. JSON schemas are used  to create validation rules for Performance Assurance documents (JSON files) uploaded by stakeholders.
