The Code Manager has been developing new Performance Assurance Dashboards for integration within the REC Portal.

Dashboards will provide visibility of a range of Performance Assurance data, allowing REC Parties and Service Providers to proactively monitor and improve their performance. The dashboards will provide increased visibility of Performance Assurance data and information.

In preparation for the go-live of dashboards, we have organised two Pre-Release Webinars to provide a walkthrough demonstration provide an opportunity for Q&A. Separate sessions will be held for REC Parties and Service Providers, as they will have access to different dashboard tabs. Both sessions will be recorded and recordings made available for those that cannot attend.
