The Code Manager hosted a Change Process Workshop on 04 October 2023. This webinar discussed the work the Code Manager has been doing to improve the change process under the REC and the changes planned to reduce the length of time a change takes to progress, transparency of change progression, prioritisation, increasing engagement from stakeholders and using industry experts to produce the right outcomes.
