Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
The Stakeholder Engagement Strategy is the Code Manager's plan for collaborative working with REC stakeholders.
It constitutes a set of Principles and Objectives, that respectively guide our strategy and allow us to measure our success.
The strategy also contains a Communications Plan which details the tools and techniques we use to ensure that the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
And the Stakeholder Charter is our promise to you that we will uphold certain values throughout engagement, as well as what we ask from you in return.
The current version of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy was published in March 2022, and takes a specific focus on engagement activity ahead of CSS Go-Live in July 2022.
