- The Data Permissions Matrix (DPM) is governed in the Uniform Network Code (UNC) and Data Services Contract (DSC) has been amended following discussions with the DSC Contract Management Committee. Whilst there is no obligation to align the DPM and the Data Access Matrix (DAM) the changes to the DPM are relevant to the DAM – so this change proposes that then DPM changes are reflected in the DAM.
