The Green Deal Arrangements Agreement (GDAA), as established in Regulation 24 of the Green Deal Framework Regulations, requires a multi-party agreement between Electricity Suppliers and Green Deal Providers to govern the process for payment collection and remittance of Green Deal charges. Prior to Retail Code Consolidation, these arrangements were contained within the GDAA.

The GDAA came under the governance of the REC on 01 September 2021 and its processes and arrangements now form part of the REC and in particular Schedule 18 Green Deal Arrangements.
