Secure Data Exchange Portal V3 Changes Webinar (09 June 2022)

On 09 June 2022 (14:00 - 15:30), the REC Code Manager hosted a virtual webinar to inform REC stakeholders about changes to the Secure Data Exchange Portal taking effect from REC V3.0 go-live on 18 July 2022. 

Summary

REC V3.0 introduces a new Schedule 30 – Consumer Facing Switching and Billing Issues. Consequential changes are being made to the Secure Data Exchange Portal (SDEP), including amendment of certain messages and escalation routes.

At this session, the Code Manager informed stakeholders with respect to:
