The Metering Expert Panel (or RECMEP) is a REC Committee which meets on a monthly basis, usually on the second Wednesday of each month. Attended by appointed industry representatives, and Chaired by the REC Code Manager, the primary purpose of RECMEP is to provide scrutiny and decision-making for REC Change Proposals which impact on REC metering arrangements.
