The Green Deal Central Charge Database (GDCC) is a web interface as described in the GDCC Service Definition which facilitates the creation and administration of Green Deal Plans.

Green Deal Users are those organisations that are granted access to the data contained in the GDCC, in accordance with REC Schedule 18 - Green Deal Arrangements.

The key function of the GDCC is to pass market messages between Green Deal Providers, Electricity Suppliers and MPAS Providers and to provide data and validation to the Energy Performance Certificate Register (ECP).
