The Code Manager held a webinar on 11 January 2023 to discuss REC Change Proposal R0015 (Remote Communication Obligations on Electricity Advanced Meters).

In its decision to send back R0015, Ofgem directed the Code Manager to re-submit with a proposed timescale that is appropritately evidence and considers both the timescales for BSC Modification P432 and the impact that R0015 will have a migration activity irrespetive of P432. The Code Manager held a session to gather input from impacted stakeholders into revised implementation and dates for R0015.
