The purpose of this article to detail the approach Xoserve will take
in engaging with GES Users regarding the password reset policy and
process for the GES Supply Point Switching API.
The GES Supply Point Switching API has a security policy that
ensure the client password is reset at the 12 month point from the
service start or from the last reset. The moment a new password is
generated the current password becomes invalid and you will be
unable to access the API service until such time the new password
has been applied to your API script. All appropriate documentation
will be updated following the publication of this process.
