The Horizon Scanner is a tool used within the Change Management process. It is a visual timeline of ongoing and upcoming events and milestones which are expected to impact the Retail Energy Code, REC Parties and/or the Retail Energy Code Company.

The Code Manager publishes the Horizon Scanner on the REC Portal on a quarterly basis, making it accessible to all Portal users.

The Horizon Scanner is accessible through the Change and Release area of the REC Portal.
