The Gas Metering CoP (or MCoP, previously MAMCoP) was the code of practice for Meter Equipment Managers (MEMs) and Approved Meter Installers (AMIs) working in the gas sector. 

MCoP was previously part of the arrangements within the Supply Point Administration Agreement, and was incorporated into the REC arrangements on 01 September 2021. The MCoP was replaced by the Consolidated Metering Code of Practice (CoMCoP) in April 2023.
