The REC Charging Statement is a document published by the Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo) each year, setting out the schedule of charges payable by each category of REC Party. It explains how the costs of the RECCo annual budget are to be recovered, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Retail Energy Code.

The REC Charging Statement is a Category 3 document in the REC Baseline Statement and therefore changes to this document are made in accordance with the Category 3 Change Process. The responsible owner for this document is the Retail Energy Code Company Board.
