This schedule is mandatory for Domestic Suppliers, Non-Domestic Suppliers, Gas Transporters,  Distribution Network Operators (DNO), Metering Equipment Managers (MEMs) and Non-Party REC Service Users (who are Enquiry Service Users).

The Schedule sets out:

• how to become an Enquiry Service User
• the Data Access Matrix which governs the data that different categories of Enquiry Service Users can access
• the purposes for which categories of Enquiry Service Users are authorised to use the Enquiry Service data
• the terms of use associated with Enquiry Service data
• the obligations on Electricity Suppliers, Gas Transporters, DNOs and MEMs to make data available to the Enquiry Services.
